Companies House provides free model articles of association, but they should not be used blindly. Just as one-size-fits-all clothing never fits anyone quite right, the free model articles are unlikely to be perfect for your company without extensive additional work.

Shareholders agreements are a necessity for the owners of any company. Because they set out the rights of one shareholder against another, both majority and minority owners will want comprehensive agreements to protect their interests and their equity (and possibly debt) investment.

Documents for the efficient administration a company in compliance with the Companies Act 2006. Most are packs of documents - complete solutions - for company secretarial functions from recording minutes of directors’ meeting to announcing company meetings. They include proxies and text of resolutions.

Agreements for employees, including directors, or a third party, such as a sales agent or distributor, to be rewarded in line with the increased performance of the company.
